Full Journal pdf2003-05-20 House Journal Page 2031 HB 229 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1915) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 229(FIN) "An Act relating to special medical parole and to prisoners who are severely medically or cognitively disabled." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 229(FIN) "An Act relating to special medical parole and to prisoners who are severely medically or cognitively disabled; relating to a severe acute respiratory syndrome control program; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 15 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 229(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 229(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 229(FIN)?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 229(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
